• 33% of our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals.
• CDA has the first Interior Design Professional in South Carolina to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
• CDA was responsible for the design of the first LEED Certified private commercial building in South Carolina. It was also the second building to receive LEED certification in the State.
• CDA has been a part of the LEED design process with 10 Different projects, 3 which have achieved LEED Silver certification.
• CDA's office at 1523 Huger Street is a LEED Silver certified building.
• CDA is a member of the Climate Protection Action Campaign with the City of Columbia and the "SC Smart Business Recycling Program" initiative with the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control.
• CDA is a founding member of the USGBC South Carolina Chapter.
